HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering is quick and easy.
Browse our product categories and click on an image to view the detailed page of an item, which includes information about sizing and what it is made from.
Select your item and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the „ADD TO CART“ button.
You can browse through the items selected by clicking on the „SHOPPING CART“ icon in the top right-hand side of the web page. To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the „DELETE“ button next to the item.
To continue shopping after checking the content of your shopping bag, click on „CONTINUE SHOPPING“.
If you wish to complete your purchase, click on „PAY“ and follow the instructions.
Please note that items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers at any time until you make payment.
You do not need to create an account to place an order. If you wish, you may also checkout as a guest. However, Bally recommends you create an account to be able to use the benefits of a customer account – such as save your address details, register your return autonomously, access to exclusive promotions and receive your birthday surprise.
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and following the instructions provided.
Our Experts can assist you in placing an online purchase or preparing the order for you according to your request. You will be able to conclude it at your most convenient time according to stock availability.
You will receive a link via email to the website where you would just need to include shipping and payment details to conclude the purchase autonomously.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been registered. However, this does not mean that it has been validated. You will also receive an order confirmation once your information and the availability of your items have been verified. The contract between you and Bally will take effect when your items leave our warehouse.
Yes, you can place a Gift Order selecting the option "Gift" under the list of products in your bag at the checkout. You can either choose to include a personalized message or to get a blank card to include a message later. It is also possible to hide the price to the recipient. To ensure a simple yet secure shopping experience, Bally uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which protects the data you send us over the Internet. All payment transactions made on this Website are processed by Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that ensures your payment information is encrypted in a secure host environment.
Bally secures payments with the 3D Secure system for Visa©, Mastercard© and American Express© credit cards that are equipped with it. An additional step takes place at the time of payment. This step verifies the identity of the credit card holder and validates the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication process. If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Bally only deducts the amount to be paid when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. However, your card issuer / payment provider may secure the amount paid at the time of the order.

After your order is shipped, the goods will reach you within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the selected shipping option.
Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please note that during peak periods such as promotions, sales and Christmas holidays, the processing of your order may be delayed due to the number of orders we have to process.

Bally offers free delivery for all orders over € 300. Shipping costs € 15 for orders under € 300.
Your parcel is insured by Bally during transit up until the point when it is delivered to you. A signature will be required for every delivery, at which point, the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier and the relevant tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address once your order has been placed.
Please note that Bally does not ship orders to forwarding agents. Orders placed with a forwarding agent as the delivery address will be automatically cancelled and will not be prepared for dispatch.
Due to courier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes.
RETURNS
Please see below the return instructions for orders placed from 26 June 2025. For orders placed before that date, please follow the instructions you’ll find by scrolling down.
Bally offers return free of charge through our courier service, or you can return your product(s) at a Bally retail store.
You can return product(s) purchased on Bally.fr within 14 days from the delivery date, in the same country where the parcel was delivered. Please consider that to accept your return request, we will consider the date in which you send us the return request via the online “Contact us” form, which must be within 14 days from delivery date.
How to Return Your Order with our Courier Service:
For Registered Users:
Log into your account, go to the Returns History page, select the products you want to return, and fill out the Online Return Form. Click "Activate return". Once the return request has been submitted, Client Services will activate the return in our system and send you the pre-paid return shipping label.
Fill out the Return Form included with your order, select the return reason, and place it inside the package.
Attach the pre-paid return shipping label included in your package outside of the box. If you are missing the label, please contact Client Services.
Pack the items in the original box (or any sturdy box). If reusing the original packaging, cover or remove any previous shipping labels.
Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition with tags and packaging included, or we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
Visit the FedEx website at www.fedex.com: to find your nearest drop-off point, or go to Shipping > Schedule and Manage Pickups to arrange a pickup.
Once your package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items. If they are in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that the address on the label and the return form is not the final destination of the package. Once received at this hub, the package will be forwarded to our main warehouse.

How to Return Your Order at a Bally Retail Store:

Returns using our approved courier are free of charge. If you use another courier, you will be responsible for all costs and liabilities, and these are non-refundable.
You can return product(s) 14 days from the delivery date.

We cannot accept returns for purchases made in franchising shops, department stores, duty-free shops, or any other website.

Bally offers returns free of charge through our courier service. You can return product(s) purchased on Bally.fr within 14 days from the delivery date, in the same country where the parcel was delivered. The product(s) must be returned within 7 business days from the date you received the return authorization number from Bally.
How to Return Your Order with our Courier Service
1. Activate Your Return:
For Registered Users
: Log into your account at www.bally.fr, go to the Returns History page, select the products you want to return, and fill out the Online Return Form.
Click "ACTIVATE RETURN". You will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number and a link to arrange pickup. The email may take up to 48 hours to be sent to you.
For Guest Users:
Contact our Client Services team by filling out the Online Contact Us form. Bally Client Services will arrange for our courier to collect the items at your convenience.
2. Prepare & Dispatch the Parcel:
Pack the items in the original box (or any sturdy box). If reusing the original packaging, cover or remove any previous shipping labels.
Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition with tags and packaging included, or we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
Fill out the Return Form included with your order, select the return reason, and place it inside the package. Attach the return label to the top of the package and hand it to the courier upon collection.
Note: Returns using our approved courier are free of charge. If you use another courier, you will be responsible for all costs and liabilities, and these are non-refundable.
3. Wait for the Refund:
Once your package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items. If they are in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

For all orders, returns are free of charge unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. You must follow our returns process to ensure your return is managed safely and securely.
Each item is subject to a strict quality inspection. Bally will refund the purchase price paid via the same payment method, such as your card, so long as the goods arrive with all the attached labels and tags in a new, unworn and impeccable condition. Bally can only refund the purchase price to the card or via the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
Please note that in the event of a return, the product price will be refunded. However, any shipping costs incurred by you for the order will not be refunded.
Bally will issue the refund via the same method used to pay for the items, as soon as your items have been checked. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Note: Bally is not able to issue a refund via a method other than the one used to pay for the items. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it can take up to 10 days from the date on which the refund is made for the amount to appear on your account statement.
Unfortunately, at present it is not possible for exchanges to be made for online orders. You can hand over the item in a store or have the item collected and we will refund the amount paid. Please follow our returns policy. You can find the relevant link under the return policy FAQ here.
We are sorry that you have received a defective item.
If an item is defective or has quality issues, please inform Bally's Customer Care department immediately by filling out the form available on the top of this page
Bally's Customer Care department will provide all the instructions you need to return your items.
Once received, we will examine your item thoroughly and, if there is a defect or quality issue, we will repair the item or replace it free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your defective item, we will give you a full refund.
Note: If there is no defect or quality issue, or if your item has been damaged through misuse, we will be unable to repair or replace it or offer you a refund. Bally will return the item to you at your expense and under your responsibility.
At present, Bally cannot take back any shoe care products.
We are not able to accept international exchanges or returns, products can only be exchanged or returned within the country of purchase. If you would like to return an item, the return will be accepted if the product has been purchased in the same store or in another store belonging to the same country and to the same channel (retail store or outlet.) Should you need to return an item, please refer to the FAQ question in the Return section, “How do I return an item?”. Bally does not offer a restoration service for handbags or small leather goods.
Bally offers two types of belts – adjustable and classic. Classic belts are available in a number of different sizes. The adjustable belt, however, comes in just one length. The buckle can be removed and the leather can be cut to the wearer's size. It can be adjusted for you in any of our stores. DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are 3 to 5 working days starting from the shipping date. Bally offers free shipping for all orders over €300.
Please note that delivery times begin when your order is shipped and not on the date your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email and via your Bally account.
RETURN POLICY
1.1 You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products to send us your return request.
1.2 Bally provides a courier service for all returns. Only returns made via our approved courier will be free of charge and handled by Bally.
1.3 If you decide to use a courier other than one approved by Bally, you will bear all direct costs associated with returning the Products. In this case, any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of returning the Products will not be refunded. In this case, if your parcel is lost by your selected courier, Bally will not be held responsible and will not be able to issue a refund.
1.4 By law, you must return the Products without undue delay within fourteen (14) days of you informing us of your decision to withdraw. This legal period is extended by us to fourteen (14) days.
1.5 You must take care when packaging the Products you wish to return. You must return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them and in their original packaging; in addition, the Products must not have been washed or damaged and the relevant labels must still be attached to the Product(s) concerned with the seal intact. Please note that Bally will carry out quality checks on the Products returned. If the Products are returned in perfect condition, like new and with all the tags attached, Bally will accept the return and refund the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Products named on the order form is not the person who paid for the Products, the amount will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
1.6 If any of the labels are missing or do not comply with the T&Cs, or if Bally has reason to believe that the Products have been altered, are an imitation or have not been purchased directly from the Website, Bally will not accept the return and will return the Products to you.
1.7 If Bally accepts the return, we will refund the price paid for the item/items. Bally will issue a refund via the credit card/payment method you used when placing the order after the items have arrived at our warehouse. If you decide to use a courier other than one approved by Bally, we may withhold the refund until the product(s) arrive, or until you send us proof that you have returned the product(s).
1.8 You may also return the Products in stores owned or directly operated by Bally in the same country in which the Products were delivered. We cannot accept returns for purchases made in franchise stores, outlets, retail stores, duty-free stores in department stores or on any other website.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs"'), together with the documents referred to below, including the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use govern the sale of products bearing the "Bally" brand mark ("Products") on <u><a href='https://www.bally.fr/en/'>www.bally.fr</a></u> (the "Website").
Please read these T&Cs carefully before ordering Products from the Website. By ordering any of our Products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1.1 Bally offers Products for sale on the Website, as well as e-commerce services, exclusively to its end customers, i.e. any natural person who is acting for purposes outside his or her trade or profession (a "consumer"). 1.2 Bally offers the Products to consumers who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from ordering Products from the Website. Bally reserves the right to cancel any orders from consumers it believes to be under 18 years of age.
1.3 We do not sell second-hand Products, defective Products or Products of a quality lower than the relevant market standards. The main characteristics of the Products are displayed on the Website and on each Product page. The Products offered for sale on the Website may not match the actual Products exactly in terms of image, size and colour, depending on your internet browser or monitor quality.
1.4 Products ordered on this Website can only be shipped to addresses in France (the "Country"). Please refer to article 4 of these T&Cs for more information.
1.5 These T&Cs (together with the documents referred to herein) govern the transmission and acceptance of purchase orders for Products on the Website between users of the Website and Bally.
2.1 To place an order, you must select the Products you wish to purchase on the Website, select the size and add the items to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Bag". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, which displays all the Products you have chosen to purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items in your shopping bag are the correct style, colour and size before proceeding. Once you are ready to place your order, click on the "Secure Order" icon. You will then be able to add packaging options and will be prompted to select your payment and delivery method, enter your personal identification details and, having read and accepted these T&Cs, click on the relevant button to confirm acceptance. You will be prompted to either log in to your personal account (if you are already registered) or continue as a guest.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the Products. Please note that the Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may therefore be purchased by other users before you have completed the entire ordering process.
2.3 Your order will be submitted to us when you click on the "pay now" icon displayed at the end of the ordering process. An order is deemed to have been submitted to Bally when you receive an (automatically generated) email acknowledging receipt of the order and confirming the content thereof.
2.4 A legally binding contract is entered into between you and us when you confirm your order by clicking on the "pay now" icon. The conclusion of this contract is subject to the condition precedent of Bally sending you a second confirmation email once Bally has shipped the Products. This email will indicate acceptance of your order, the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, a detailed breakdown of the price paid for each Product and the delivery charges and details ("Order Status").
2.5 If your order is shipped in several packages, you may receive a separate Order Status for each package. The conclusion of the contract for each of the individual Products shall be subject to the condition precedent of us sending the relevant Order Status.
2.6 You can access your order form by clicking on the My Account section and "Check Order Status".
2.7 Bally reserves the right to refuse your order for valid reasons. In such cases, Bally will inform you by email that your order has been cancelled.
2.8 By submitting an order form, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these T&Cs and the other terms and conditions on the Website (including the Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Warranty Policy).
2.9 We strongly recommend that you print a copy of these T&Cs and the order summary using the print option, and save a copy for your own personal use.
3.1 All prices shown on each Product page are inclusive of all taxes. Prices are subject to change. However, such changes will not affect the price or description of Products that you have already ordered.
3.2 Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the prices on the Website are accurate at the time of publication, it is possible that there may be errors in the prices of a small number of Products on our Website. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the choice of either continuing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
3.3 You can pay for your order using the payment methods available on the Website, such as by credit card.
3.4 We take reasonable precautions to make our Website secure. All payment transactions made on our Website are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your bank details in a secure host environment. We will securely store your bank details on the Demandware platform. This information will be fully encrypted and will only be used to process payment transactions initiated by you or to process refunds in the event of that a Product is returned or is unavailable or where required by law.

3.5 If your card fails to process the online order, please ensure that all the information you have entered is correct and try to complete the transaction again. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuer directly as Bally will not be able to assist you with these types of payment failures.
3.6 Payment will be "reserved" or "frozen" by your payment service provider when you attempt to make a purchase on the Website. The purchase price for the Products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs will be only debited through the payment method you have chosen when the Products purchased have been shipped.
3.7 To ensure that your credit card is not used without your consent, Bally will validate, through the services provided by Adyen, your name, address and other personal information that you enter when placing the order.
3.8 Bally reserves the right to put in place any additional and/or different secure payment systems from time to time.
3.9 Refunds, for whatever reason, of any payments received by you will be issued via the same method of payment you chose when paying. This method of payment cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
4.1 For specific shipping and delivery details, please refer to our terms and conditions of sale. The information provided in these sections forms an integral part of these T&Cs.
4.2 Deliveries of Products from this Website are limited to addresses in France.
4.3 Bally is unable to deliver to post office box addresses. All orders to such addresses will be automatically cancelled.
4.4 The Order Status will contain information about the courier and the related tracking number(s).
4.5 Currently, Bally's couriers are only able to deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), during working hours in the Country.
4.6 All shipments require a legible signature from the consumer upon delivery.
4.7 Upon delivery, it is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the package is free of any damage, visible alterations or traces of moisture. All such defects must be noted on the delivery note (which you will sign upon delivery).
4.8 In the event that we are unable to deliver the Products within 30 days of your order being placed, you may request cancellation of your order for a full refund.
4.9 Once full payment has been made, delivery has been made and the delivery note has been signed, the Products will become your property and you will become fully responsible for them.
4.10 When the "collect in store" option is selected, the Bally shop may prepare the purchased items for presentation in a classic Bally bag. By selecting the "collect in store" option, you accept that the Bally store will open the parcel in order to prepare the items correctly.
5.1 As a consumer, you may cancel your contract in relation to Products purchased on the Website, without any penalty, by contacting Client Services through the online form available on the top of this page. You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Products to submit your returns request.
5.2 More details on your right of withdrawal, the conditions and explanations regarding how to exercise it are detailed in the <u><a href='#returns'>Return Policy</a></u>.
6.1 Bally warrants to the consumer that its Products sold on the Website shall comply with specifications and be free of material defects and workmanship errors for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of delivery.
6.2 Details of the contractual Warranty provided by Bally and the statutory guarantees on consumer goods, the terms and conditions, as well as explanations regarding the exercise of these rights and the return of defective Products are detailed in the <u><a href='#warranty-policy'>Warranty Policy</a></u>.

9.1 Bally may subcontract the performance of all or part of its obligations under the T&Cs at any time without your consent and may assign the rights and obligations under the T&Cs (including by way of an assignment resulting from a merger, demerger, division, transfer of business, partial contribution of assets or transfer of business assets) and/or purchase agreement entered into by and between Bally and you, in whole or in part, to third parties (including subsidiaries of Bally), without your consent.
9.2 You may not assign or subcontract any rights or obligations under these T&Cs without the prior written consent of Bally.

11.1 These T&Cs supersede all the Website's previous General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
11.2 These T&Cs and all other Website policies may be changed from time to time as a result of changes in laws and regulations or for other reasons. The new T&Cs shall be effective from the date on which they are published on the Website and shall be applicable to new orders placed after such publication.
12.1 If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid or inapplicable by any court or competent administrative authority, such invalidity or inapplicability shall have no effect on the remaining provisions of these T&Cs, which shall remain in full force and effect.
13.1 These T&Cs and other Website policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. WARRANTY POLICY
1.1 This contractual guarantee ("Warranty policy") is granted to you by Bally France SAS, with registered office in France at 35, Boulevard des Capucines, 75002 Paris, trade and companies register no. 552 006 702, VAT number FR34552006702 (hereinafter referred to as "Bally" or "we"), when you purchase Products from our Website www.bally.fr.
1.2 Bally warrants to the consumer that its Products shall comply with specifications and be free of material defects and workmanship errors for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of delivery.
1.3 This Warranty Policy applies only to Products that are a) manufactured by or for Bally and identified by the "Bally" trademark, name or logo affixed to them, and b) purchased by consumers through the Website.
1.4 If a Product has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity of Products, in order to exercise his or her rights under this Warranty policy, the customer must notify the Customer Care department by filling in the form available on the top of this page so that the condition of the Product can be assessed. This must be reported within two months of the customer detecting such lack of conformity. In any event, action resulting from a lack of conformity that is not fraudulently concealed by Bally shall be time-barred twenty-six months after delivery of the Products.
1.5 To benefit from this Warranty policy, the Product(s) must be returned to Bally within fifteen (15) days following notification to Bally of the damaged or defective Products.
1.6 Bally will examine all Products returned as damaged or defective and, in the event of a lack of conformity, will replace the Product or, if this is not possible, issue a refund of the price paid.
1.7 Bally will refund the price and costs incurred by you to return the defective Products via the same payment method you used when purchasing. If the recipient of the Products named on the order form is not the person who paid for the Products, the refund for the returned Products will be made by Bally to the person who made the payment.
1.8 In the event that Bally finds no fault with the returned Products, you will be notified that the returned Products cannot be accepted and you may choose to have the Products redelivered to you. If you do not agree to this return, Bally reserves the right to retain the Products and the price paid.
1.9 This Warranty policy does not apply (i) if the Product has been misused, repaired, altered and/or modified in any way that is not covered in the documentation for the Product; (ii) to damages caused by failure to follow the instructions detailed in the documentation for the Products or other specific instructions from Bally; (iii) if the Product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, negligence, an accident, normal wear and tear or deterioration, improper environmental conditions or lack of responsible care, (iv) to damages due to any other cause unrelated to defective design, workmanship and/or materials.
1.10 This contractual Warranty does not affect your rights under consumer law as a purchaser of goods and, in particular, the rights under which the seller, from whom the consumer purchased the product, remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee relating to defects in items sold, as provided for in Articles L211-7 to L211-13 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.

The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
It is also liable for any non-conformities resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been contracted to perform this or it is carried out under its responsibility.
Article L.211-5 of the French Consumer Code
To conform with the contract, the product must: 1° Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- have the features that a buyer might reasonably expect them to have considering the public statements made by the seller, the producer or its representative, including in advertising or labelling;
2° Or have the features defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use required by the buyer, which was made known to the seller and which the seller agreed to.
Article L211-12 of the French Consumer Code
Action resulting from a lack of conformity shall be time-barred two years after delivery of the good.
